Clainchy's involvement in anime includes the series Ryu, the Cave Boy, where he provided the French voice for the character Kalim. In the Gwendoline anime, which covers the seasons Lady Lady and Hello Lady Lynn, Clainchy voiced the role of Gwendoline's father.
