Paulo Pinheiro was a Brazilian actor and voice actor, recognized for his extensive work dubbing animated series and programs for the Brazilian Portuguese market. He began his dubbing career around 1967 or 1968. Over the years, he was associated with several prominent dubbing studios in Brazil, including CineCastro, TV Cinesom, Telecine, and Herbert Richers, contributing to many productions until the mid-1990s.

One of his noted roles in anime was providing the voice for the titular character in the series Kick no Oni, known in Brazil as Sawamu, o Demolidor. He voiced Tadashi Sawamura, a young karate champion who becomes a kickboxer, in the dubbing produced by the studios CineCastro and Televox. Another credit in the anime genre includes his work on A Princesa e o Cavaleiro, the Brazilian Portuguese title for the series Princess Knight, where he voiced the character Criador de Ratos.

Beyond these specific anime roles, Pinheiro had a prolific career voicing a wide array of characters in Western animation and live-action series. His portfolio included characters such as Bumblebee in Transformers and Transformers: The Movie, Romão Metralha in DuckTales, Rataro in Thundercats, and one of the voices for Hortelino Troca-Letras (Bugs Bunny) in Looney Tunes at the CineCastro studio. He also lent his voice to Cable in the first dubbing of X-Men: The Animated Series, Baxter in the initial dubbing of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the Mago Queleck in Caverna do Dragão. His work extended to live-action as well, where he was the first voice actor for Perry White in the Brazilian version of the series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
