Anik Matern is a Canadian actress and voice artist with a career spanning several decades, recognized for her contributions to both on-screen and voice work in animation and anime. She was born on April 30, 1963, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and is a graduate of the John Abbott College Professional Theatre Program. Beyond her performance work, Matern is the founder and president of the award-winning Dynamic Theater Factory, a company for which she received a Community Builder award from the ACTRA Montreal union branch in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the industry. Her professional expertise also extends to coaching and serving as an acting consultant for numerous television and film projects.
Matern's voice acting career is extensive, particularly in English dubs of animated series produced in the 1990s and 2000s.
