Mitsuho Kambe is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Osawa Office. She was born on September 13, 1996, in Hyogo Prefecture. Her career began in 2016 when she was selected as one of six winners from approximately 3,000 applicants in the first Kimikoe Audition organized by Tohokushinsha and Family Gekijo. This achievement led to her becoming a member of the voice acting unit NOW ON AIR, where her representative color was red.
Kambe made her major debut in the 2017 theatrical anime film Your Voice -KIMIKOE-, in which she voiced the central character Ayame Nakahara. This role marked her formal entry into the voice acting industry. Following her debut, she continued to build her career with roles in various anime television series, video games, and dubbing projects. In 2020, she became part of the media mix project Cheer球部!, voicing the character Komachi Nagamiya and participating in the associated voice unit Qace.
Her anime roles include Oicho in Megalobox 2: Nomad, which aired in 2021. The casting for this sequel was announced ahead of its April 2021 premiere. Other notable anime credits from this period include appearances in Kageki Shojo!!, WIXOSS DIVA(A)LIVE, and a role in the Star Wars: Visions short Tatooine Rhapsody. In 2022, she was cast as Oshizu Hebimori in Akebi's Sailor Uniform and as Rie Yamabishi in the Netflix series Spriggan. Her work in 2024 included voicing the characters Izutsumi and Asebi in the anime adaptation of Delicious in Dungeon. She also provided the voice for Kaede Yatsuse in the Netflix film My Oni Girl that same year.
Beyond animation, Kambe has contributed her voice to numerous video games. Her game credits include Granblue Fantasy, Dragon Quest XI S, Monster Hunter Stories 2, and the character Nilah in League of Legends.
