Rena Kurihara is the former stage name of Rena Yukie, a Japanese voice actress born on May 26, 1962, in Kyoto, Japan. Throughout her career, she has also been credited under other names, including Marina and Jasmine. Her career in the anime industry spanned from the late 1980s to the mid-2000s, with many of her roles in original video animations (OVAs) and television series from that era.

Kurihara's filmography is primarily composed of voice roles from the late 1980s and 1990s. One of her early roles was a female student in the 1988 OVA Vampire Princess Miyu. In 1989, she voiced the character Sayaka in the OVA Anoko ni 1000%. She also played Nakamaru Yoko in the 1991 OVA Otaku no Video and contributed voice work to other OVAs of the period such as Burn Up! and AD Police. Her television roles included appearances in the long-running children's series Sore Ike! Anpanman in 1988 and a part as Akane in Miracle Giants Domu-kun in 1989.

Under her later stage name, Rena Yukie, she continued to take on notable roles in the late 1990s and 2000s. She voiced Umebachi-hime in the television series Coji-Coji from 1997 to 1999. In the 1999 version of the Hunter x Hunter television series, she provided the voice for Kikyo Zaoldyeck. Her later credits include the role of Emi Kojima in Septem Charm Magical Girl Kanai in 2000 and Milte Naucratis in the 2002 series Blood Princess. One of her final known roles was as Ms. Wakaba in the 2005 anime Speed Grapher.

The recurring theme in Kurihara's career is her transition through multiple stage names.
