Haruka Fushimi is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce, which she joined on April 1, 2016. She is a graduate of the AMUSEMENT MEDIA综合学院.

In the 2022 anime adaptation Shenmue the Animation, Fushimi voices the character Nozomi Harasaki, Ryo Hazuki's classmate who secretly admires him. This role is one of her more prominent credits. Her career consists largely of supporting roles in a wide variety of anime television series. These include appearances in The Blue Orchestra as Noguchi, The Mage's Bride: Those Who Gather Stars as a librarian, and The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic as a female student. She has also had roles in major franchise sequels such as Magic User's Club! and The King of Fighters.

Beyond anime, Fushimi has an extensive body of work in video games. A significant recurring role is voicing the Common Dolphin in the mobile game Kemono Friends 3, a role that began in 2019. She has also contributed to other games, lending her voice to characters in MapleStory, Monark, and DanMachi ~Memoria Freese~. Her work in foreign language dubbing includes providing the Japanese voice for the character White Tiger in the animated series Spidey and His Amazing Friends.

Fushimi has been part of a recurring collaboration related to Kemono Friends 3. In 2019, she formed the voice actor unit "Hanamaru Animal" with her co-stars Izumi Fuuka and Yanagino Kanako to perform songs related to the game, including the track "Hanamaru Adventure". Her involvement with the franchise has also led to live event appearances. A notable achievement early in her career was her participation in the world's first basketball league open to voice actors, the "Seiyuu Jr. Basketball 3x3 SJ3.LEAGUE," in 2018. She is also skilled in calligraphy, holding the rank of 8th dan.
