Rebecca Olkowski, born December 16, 1953, in Denver, Colorado, is an American voice actress widely known by her maiden name, Rebecca Forstadt, and also by the pseudonym Reba West. Her career in performance began after studying theater at Orange Coast College in California, where she initially worked in live melodrama at Knott's Berry Farm before moving to Hollywood. There, she gained experience in the entertainment industry through roles in live theater, work as a wardrobe mistress on television series such as The White Shadow and Hill Street Blues, and on-screen appearances in shows like St. Elsewhere and L.A. Law.

Her career as a voice actor achieved a significant breakthrough when she was cast as the iconic Lynn Minmay in the English adaptation of the anime series Robotech during the 1980s. For this role, she also performed the character's songs, including the fan-favorite tracks We Will Win and To Be in Love. This role established her as a prominent figure in English dubs of anime.

Following Robotech, Olkowski built an extensive career voicing hundreds of characters across numerous anime series and animated projects. A notable example from the 1990s is her work in the English dub of the Sanrio series Yume no Hoshi no Button Nose, produced by Saban in 1994, where she provided the voice for the title character, Button Nose. Her voice work spans several decades and includes roles in a wide variety of productions. Her filmography includes characters such as Tima in Metropolis, Nunnally Lamperouge in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Rika Furude in When They Cry - Higurashi, Mihoshi in various Tenchi Muyo! titles, and additional voices in major films like Antz, Dr. Dolittle, and The Santa Clause. Her work also extended to live-action hybrid shows such as Masked Rider and Power Rangers Time Force.
