Risako Murai is a Japanese voice actress from Aichi Prefecture, born on March 29, 1991. She is a graduate of the Production Ace acting institute and began her career in 2010 by voicing a local character before making her official debut in a television anime the following year.

Her first major role came in 2011 when she played Katsuyo Kurabu in the television anime R-15, which is considered her debut performance. She continued to gain experience with roles such as Rikei Hiromatsu in the 2012 series Ebiten: Ebisugawa Public High School's Tenmonbu. A significant and recurring part of her career is the character Ai Yamabuki in the Date A Live franchise, a role she has reprised across multiple television seasons and video game adaptations since 2013. In 2021, she voiced the character Kiriya Sensho in the series Mother of the Goddess' Dormitory.

Beyond television, Murai has lent her voice to numerous video game projects, including the Date A Live series of games, NAtURAL DOCtRINE, and Maiden Craft. Her career also includes performances on stage and participation in various web programs, often serving as an assistant MC. She has been involved in music as well, performing theme songs and character songs for series like R-15 and Ebiten as part of groups like R-15♡ and Star Girl Tai☆. Murai was previously affiliated with Production Ace and, as of 2022, is a member of the talent agency Think Rich.
