Francisco Javier Irulegui was a Spanish voice actor known for his work on the Spanish dubs of several prominent anime series. His career included roles in a range of productions, contributing to the Spanish-language versions of these shows for audiences in Spain. He passed away on April 8, 2009.

Irulegui provided voices for multiple anime series and films. He was part of the Spanish cast for the long-running series Crayon Shin-chan, where he voiced the character Yoshiji Koyama. His work on the series also extended to the films, with credits including the role of Kikuzuyo in the fifth movie, Crayon Shin-chan: Ankoku Tamatama Daitsuiseki, and Hyogo Inui in the tenth film, Crayon Shin-chan: Arashi o Yobu Appare! Sengoku Daikassen.

His other notable anime voice roles were primarily in Spanish dubs produced in Spain. He voiced the character Dr. Guerit in the series Montana Jones. He was also part of the cast for the anime adaptation of Doraemon, contributing to the new dub of the 1979 television series and providing voices for the characters Dester in Doraemon the Movie: Nobita in the Robot Kingdom and Yak in Doraemon the Movie: Nobita and the Windmasters. Additionally, his work included roles in the series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo and the later episodes of Reporter Blues.
