Yoji Ietomi is a Japanese former actor and voice actor born on February 21, 1968, in Gunma Prefecture. He began his entertainment career in the late 1980s, initially working as a live-action actor under the name Yoji Ietomi, which is sometimes also rendered as Yoji Ietomi. His debut was in the 1986 film BE FREE!. During the early 1990s, he appeared in several films, including the 1992 movie All Night Long.

In the latter half of the 1990s, Ietomi's career shifted focus toward voice acting in anime. He took on supporting roles in a variety of television series. Notable credits from this period include the part of the White Minister in Dream Colored Pastry Chef, a manager in the 1998 version of Himitsu no Akko-chan, and the character Noriyasu in Hakaima Sadamitsu. He also voiced Mojyamon in the first Digimon Adventure series in 1999. The same year, he provided the voice for the time-surveyor Heinrad in the Transformers series Chō Seimeitai Transformers: Beast Wars Neo, the role specified in the query. He also had a role in the 1997 movie version of Hana yori Dango, voicing the character Kazuya Aoike.

Ietomi became particularly known for his work in the Ojamajo Doremi franchise, where he voiced the character Hachitaro in the Ojamajo Doremi Sharp and More Ojamajo Doremi series. His other voice roles from this period include Yoshu Tasuke in Bikkuriman 2000. According to a Japanese database of works, his career in the entertainment industry concluded around 2004, when he is believed to have retired.
