Aina Aiba is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the talent agency Hibiki. She is also known by the nickname Aiai. Born in Hokkaido on October 17, 1988, she was raised in Osaka and graduated from the Amusement Media Voice Actor Talent Academy in 2010.

Before beginning her voice acting career, Aiba had a distinctive background as a professional wrestler. For about two years, she performed under the ring name Yuuki Harima as part of the wrestling organization Beginning, making her debut on September 6, 2015. After retiring from the ring, she continues to be involved in the sport by doing MC work for New Japan Pro-Wrestling matches.

Aiba made her voice acting debut in 2016, taking over the role of Tokoha Anjō from Emi Nitta in the anime series Cardfight!! Vanguard G: NEXT. This marked the beginning of a significant association with Bushiroad-related franchises.

A significant turning point in her career came in 2017 when she began voicing Yukina Minato in the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise. As the voice of Yukina, the lead vocalist of the band Roselia, Aiba performs live concerts and recordings as a member of the real-life band, playing an integral part in the franchise's success. This role is one of her most prominent and enduring, appearing in numerous series and films including BanG Dream!, BanG Dream! 2nd Season, BanG Dream! 3rd Season, the BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico shorts, BanG Dream! FILM LIVE, BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia, and BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage.

In 2018, she began voicing the character Claudine Saijō in the Revue Starlight multimedia project, appearing in the main television series, the recap film Shōjo Kageki Revue Starlight Rondo Rondo Rondo, the spin-off Shōjo☆Conto All Starlight, and the subsequent sequel film Revue Starlight The Movie.

Her other notable roles include the Rockhopper Penguin in Kemono Friends and its second season, Seiko Kuga in PuraOre! Pride of Orange, Kana Kiyotsuru in Teppen—!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing 'til you Cry, and continuing as Tokoha Anjō in series like Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT and the mini-series mini vanguard Large. Her versatility is also shown in roles such as Michael in Hina Logic - from Luck & Logic and Maria Nanase in D_Cide Traumerei.

Aiba's work is characterized by recurring collaborations with Bushiroad and its associated projects, particularly BanG Dream! and Revue Starlight. As a singer, she has released solo work under Bushiroad Music. Her debut single, Yume no Hikari Kimi no Mirai, was released in November 2016, and she later released the single Lead the way in October 2019, which was used as an opening theme for Cardfight!! Vanguard: Shinemon. In 2020, she released a mini-album titled Sign.

Aiba's achievements in the industry have been recognized with major awards. In 2018, as a member of the unit Doubutsu Biscuits x PPP from the Kemono Friends franchise, she was a recipient of the Singing Award at the 12th Seiyu Awards. In 2020, she received the same honor again, this time with her band Roselia, at the 14th Seiyu Awards.
