Shizuku Hoshinoya is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on May 17. She is affiliated with the talent agency Crazybox. Hoshinoya trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute, which prepared her for a career in voice acting that began in earnest in the early 2020s.

Her first major anime roles came in 2020. That year, she was cast as Haruna Funakoshi in the series Maesetsu! and as Feena in By the Grace of Gods, a role she would reprise for the show's second season. In 2021, she landed two significant parts that raised her profile. She voiced Akino Onko in Wixoss Diva(A)Live, an entry in the long-running Wixoss franchise.
