Haruka Michii is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on October 3 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the voice acting agency Crocodile and is currently active as a freelancer as of late 2023. Her fascination with voice acting began in elementary school, inspired by the game Sakura Wars. Before pursuing this career, she studied design at a junior college in her hometown before moving to Tokyo to attend a voice acting training school. She began her professional career in April 2012 after joining the agency AIR AGENCY.

Michii's breakout role came in 2014 when she was cast as Sui Kamishiro in the popular mobile game Tokyo 7th Sisters, a role that later expanded into anime adaptations, music CDs, and live concerts. Her major anime roles include Shunka Hiiragi in World's End Harem, Saki Akutsu in the film Seven Days War, and Slime Teacher in Dropkick on My Devil!. She has also appeared in Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It, Darwin's Game, and The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World, among many others. In the video game world, she has voiced characters such as Apprilys in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox and has roles in The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki, Megido 72, and Monster Strike. Her work also extends to dubbing foreign films and television series.

In 2016, Michii formed a performance unit called Morimichi Hospital with fellow voice actress Chihaya Mori, engaging in live performances, drama CDs, and media appearances. She left AIR AGENCY in 2018 and worked freelance before signing with Crocodile. As of December 2023, she returned to working as a freelancer. Beyond voice acting, she has pursued a music career, releasing mini-albums and EPs in collaboration with producer BVDDHASTEP.

Michii possesses several unique skills and achievements outside of her entertainment career. During high school, she was a competitive fencer and represented her school at the national level in the All Japan National Athletic Meet. She also holds a certified chef's license. Her hobbies include food challenges, graphic design, watching movies, and playing pachinko. She is known by the nickname Oharu-chan.
