Francoise Clemenceau is a Mexican actor and voice actor who began his career in the entertainment industry in the 1980s, working across theater, dubbing, television, radio, and film. He is of French origin. His primary activity in dubbing spanned from 1988 to 1995, during which he worked with notable Mexican dubbing studios such as Sonomex, Telespeciales, and Audiomaster 3000 in the roles of both voice actor and ADR director.

In the realm of anime and animated series, Clemenceau is recognized for his work in two key roles. He provided the voice for Rigodón, the deuteragonist cat based on the character Passepartout, in the Spanish dubbing of the anime series Around the World with Willy Fog. He also voiced Guido Anchoa in the anime series Los Gatos Samurai.

Beyond these specific anime roles, Clemenceau's extensive career in dubbing includes voice work for a wide array of films. Notably, he was the original Spanish voice for the Gremlin character Rayita in Gremlins and various Gremlins in its sequel, Gremlins 2: The New Generation.
