Yukiko Matsuura is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on February 4, 1978, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her career in voice acting spans various anime television series and films primarily from the late 1990s through the early 2000s.

Among her notable voice roles is the character K-kun in the television anime series Hikarian - Great Railroad Protector, which is also known as Chō Tokkyū Hikarian. She also voiced the character Kappei in the long-running series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo, commonly known as KochiKame, and reprised this role for the franchise's feature film, Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo: The Movie.

Matsuura’s other anime credits include the role of Hirayama Rumiko in the series Mizuiro Jidai, as well as appearances in Akachan to Boku as the characters Kako and Masa-kun, and in Kodocha as Tatsuya Kurosaki. Her work also extends to the Aqua Age series, where she voiced the characters Himiko and Rumiko, and CLAMP School Detectives. In the video game domain, she performed the role of Mai Alexander in the 1998 game Zutto Issho.

In addition to her on-screen and video game work, Matsuura has participated in drama albums, notably voicing the character Pecoros in the Breath of Fire III: Drama Album.
