Tomoe Sakuragawa is a Japanese voice actress also known by her stage name Ayumi Sena. She was born on September 30, 1975, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her birth name is Tomoe Sakuragawa, which is written in Japanese as 桜川 朝恵.

One of her early voice acting roles was in the 2003 original video animation (OVA) Lingerie Soldier Papillon Rose, where she provided the voice for the character Rama, a cat who serves as an adviser to the protagonist. This role in Papillon Rose is one of the credits associated with her name Tomoe Sakuragawa.

In the same year, she also voiced the character Akizuki as a child in the television anime series Battle Programmer Shirase.
