Misa Kimura is a Japanese voice actress from Oita Prefecture, born on September 15. She was formerly affiliated with the talent management agency Office Kaori.

Kimura's voice acting career includes a range of roles in anime television series and original video animations. She is credited with the role of Misaki in the original video animation Kanzen Mushūsei - Sorezore no Hōkago. She also provided the voice for an Elf character in an episode of the Fortune Quest L television series and portrayed a Shrine Maiden in an episode of The Slayers Try.

Kimura is perhaps best known for her work within the Stratos 4 franchise. She voiced the character Touko Mukai across multiple installments of the series, including the original Stratos 4 television series, the Stratos 4 original video animation, and its sequel OVA, Stratos 4 Advance. In the Stratos 4 television series, her character was also credited as a Shimojijima operator.
