Emilio Cappuccio is an Italian actor and voice actor, born in Naples on September 15, 1939. He is a graduate of the National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Rome and began his career on stage, spending seven seasons as a young actor with the Teatro Stabile di Genova. He transitioned to voice acting in 1972 and became a member of the SAS (Società Attori Sincronizzatori) in 1975, remaining with the company until 2006 before continuing his career as a freelance voice actor.

In the realm of anime and animated feature dubbing, Cappuccio is recognized for his work in several prominent productions. He voiced the character of the Chief of Police, listed as Capo della polizia, in the Italian-language version of the 2008 original video animation Lupin III: Green vs Red. He also provided the Italian voice for the antagonist Emperor Iedolas Aldercapt in the 2016 CGI film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, a prequel to the video game of the same name.

Beyond these roles, Cappuccio's broader career in dubbing includes lending his voice to various characters in other animated series and films. His credits include the character of Simon Wright, the robot companion, in the anime series Capitan Futuro. He was also the first Italian voice of Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic, in the animated series I fantastici quattro. Additional voice work includes roles in the animated film Fantastic Mr. Fox as Badger, and in the series Futurama, where he voiced multiple characters including Turanga Morris and Professor Morris Katz.
