Kenta Ōkuma is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor from Osaka Prefecture, born on January 22. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. His career began after he attended the Visual Arts College Osaka in 2008 and subsequently trained at the School Duo training center as part of its 12th generation, joining Ken Production in 2012.

Ōkuma's anime debut occurred in 2013, with early roles in series such as Attack on Titan, where he voiced characters like Franz, and Gundam Build Fighters. He has since built a career portraying a wide range of supporting characters, often playing soldiers, students, officials, and villains. This versatility is demonstrated in his filmography, which includes roles in long-running and popular series. He is known for voicing Cementoss and Manual in My Hero Academia, a role he has performed across multiple seasons of the anime and in related video games. Other notable anime credits include the character Nekota in Ping Pong the Animation,田代晴人 (Haruto Tashiro) in Chihayafuru, and various roles in Black Butler, Kuroko's Basketball, and The Irregular at Magic High School.

In addition to his extensive anime work, Ōkuma has contributed his voice to video games, including titles in the Granblue Fantasy, Pokémon, and Fallout 4 franchises.
