Seiji Wakayama is a manga artist known for his work on the series Fantastic Detective Labyrinth. His professional identity is confirmed through his credited role as the illustrator of this manga, which was serialized in Kodansha’s Magazine Special. The series, written by Meito Banjō, ran from August 2006 to August 2008 and was compiled into eight volumes.

Wakayama’s most significant contribution to the industry is his artwork for Fantastic Detective Labyrinth. The manga’s story is set in a rebuilt city called Kyuto, following a catastrophic earthquake that destroyed Tokyo, and follows a young boy detective with supernatural abilities. The anime was later released on DVD in North America in January 2015.
