Itzel Jaramillo is a Mexican voice actor known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime, television series, films, and video games. Her professional preparation in voice acting began in mid-2016 at the school SIGE Produciendo, where she studied under teachers including Gabriela Vera del Río for voice and diction, and Dulce Chino for acting. She also received specific training in voice dubbing from Rebeca Gómez, Enzo Fortuny, Ismael Castro, and Andrea Coto, graduating from the program in 2019. Her first professional voice work came in 2019 when actor Berenice Vega called her for five loops in a series titled Needles And Pins, where she voiced the character Tilly. Prior to this, her first paid loop was for the character Jenna in a Discovery Kids program called Descubriendo cosas.

Jaramillo has built a career in anime dubbing, taking on a variety of supporting and lead roles. In 2021, she voiced the character Ram in the series Shadows House. Her other notable anime credits include Kotoko Fujioka in the 2024-2025 Latin American dub of Ouran High School Host Club, Mio Tsuchiya in Wind Breaker, Ellen Mihace in The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Nagisa Minase in Girlfriend, Girlfriend, Fuki Harukawa in Lycoris Recoil, and Tsuguha in Noragami. She has also contributed to major franchises with voice work in Attack on Titan as Lynne and a nurse, and in multiple episodes of My Hero Academia, including a reporter and an assistant to Re-Destro. Her filmography includes a wide range of additional voices for anime such as Bocchi the Rock!, Tokyo Revengers, and Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!.

Beyond anime, Jaramillo's voice acting spans numerous other media. In animated series, she has voiced characters like Catrina Gutiérrez in Loki IRL, Owelia in The Mighty Nein, Amara in Marvel's Hit-Monkey, and the character Forty-Five in Numberblocks. Her work in film dubbing includes roles such as Hayley in La leyenda de Saint Joseph, Heidi Quince in El lado oscuro de la luna, and Mayor Roberta "Banshee" Banning in Top Gunner: Zona de peligro. She has also provided voices for animated films, including Stan Marsh from an alternate universe and Kathleen Kennedy in South Park: Entrando al panderverso, as well as Ylva in Vicky el Vikingo y la espada mágica. Her television work includes voice roles in series such as Tales of the Walking Dead and the crime drama Intuición criminal. In the video game industry, she voiced the character Anika Grimm in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
