Description
Shizuka Minamori is the former stage name of Japanese voice actor Asuka Minamori, who is known for her role as Yume Kuonji in the anime series Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de, translated as They Are My Noble Masters. Born in Tokyo on January 23, 1982, she began her career in the voice acting industry in 2007. Before changing her name to the current Asuka Minamori, she was also credited as Shizuka Minamori and Asuka Mizumori.
Her portrayal of the youngest Kuonji sister, Yume, in the 2008 television anime Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de is considered a signature role. She later reprised this character in related video games and drama CDs, including the 2008 game Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de Oshie Nikki and its 2012 portable version. Beyond this central role, her career includes a wide range of supporting parts in numerous anime series. Some of these credits include appearances in Pure Romance, A Certain Magical Index, Umineko When They Cry, and Arcana Famiglia. She has also contributed her voice to popular game titles such as Summon Night X and several entries in the Sword Art Online game franchise, as well as the anime adaptation of Sword Art Online II.
