Lotte Horlings is a Dutch voice actor, musical actress, and singer, born on April 10, 1979. She studied musical theater at the Frank Sanders Academie voor Musicaltheater in Amsterdam, graduating in 2001.

Her career began in theater, with roles in productions such as Peter Pan, Alladin, and Merrily We Roll Along. She also performed in two shows with Dutch cabaretier Youp van 't Hek, Schreeuwstorm and Omdat de Nacht, the latter resulting in a collaborative album that charted in the Netherlands.
