Jeong Hwa Yang is a prominent South Korean voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing foreign animation and media for Korean audiences. Born on November 27, 1970, in Busan, South Korea, she began her career in 1995 after joining the first group of voice actors recruited by the broadcasting company CJ E&M. She has been active as a freelancer since 1998.

Yang has lent her voice to a wide array of leading and supporting characters in numerous animated series. Among her most recognized roles is the lead character Dan Kuso in the Korean-language dubbing of the popular anime series Bakugan Battle Brawlers. She also voiced Momoko Akatsutsumi, the character known as Blossom, in the anime adaptation Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z. Another notable performance is her role as Mami Shimura in the Graduation original video animation series.

Beyond these examples, her career encompasses a broad range of iconic characters in Korean-dubbed anime. She has provided the Korean voice for Saber in Fate/stay night, Ranma Saotome in the female role for Ranma ½, Hikaru Shindo in Hikaru no Go, and Azula in Avatar: The Last Airbender. Her repertoire also includes roles in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood as Olivier Mira Armstrong, Hellsing as Seras Victoria, and InuYasha as Jakotsu. Her work extends to video games, where she is known for voicing Fizz in League of Legends and the character Xilonen in Genshin Impact.

Yang has also been active in dubbing for many children's animated series in recent years, with credits including the Korean productions Robocar Poli, The Haunted House, and Miniforce. She graduated from Dong-A University.
