Claire Curtis-Ward
Description
Claire Curtis-Ward is a classically trained actor. She provided voices for the English dub of the anime series Emma: A Victorian Romance. Originally from London, she studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art before relocating to New York, where she built a career in stage acting and voice-over work for commercials. Her role in Emma: A Victorian Romance, in which she voiced the character Grace Jones, marked her first entry into anime voice acting. In addition to voicing Grace Jones across both seasons of the series, she also provided the voice for the character Mrs. Campbell and contributed to script adaptation and served as a script advisor for the English-language production. The dub was produced by Nozomi Entertainment and was directed by Joe Digiorgi at Headline Studios, with a focus on authentic English dialects for its 19th-century London setting.
