Joyce Kurtz is an American voice actress and casting director, recognized for her extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. Born Joyce Hedy Kurtz on June 25, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, she began her career as a dancer before transitioning into voice acting. She is the founder of the loop group Joyce's Voices, established in the late 1980s, which provides additional dialogue replacement and voice casting services for film and television.

Kurtz is a prominent figure in the history of English anime dubs, particularly for productions by Streamline Pictures and Pioneer Entertainment during the 1980s and 1990s. One of her notable early roles is as Tomayo in the original anime video series Yaruki Manman. Her other major anime credits from this era include providing the voice of the protagonist Armitage in the Streamline Pictures dub of Armitage III, where she was credited under the pseudonym B.G. Mills. She also voiced multiple characters in the classic horror film Vampire Hunter D, including the Snake Women and a Greco Girl, and was the voice of Kiddy Phenil in Silent Möbius. Her additional anime work spans a wide range of titles, including 3x3 Eyes, Megazone 23, Zillion: Burning Night, and the Streamline dub of Barefoot Gen.

Beyond anime, Kurtz's voice can be heard in numerous Western animated series and feature films.
