Natsuo Tokuhiro is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Tokyo, Japan. He was born on June 23, 1948. Beyond his work in voice acting, he has also served as the representative director of the talent agency Office Tokuhiro.

Tokuhiro has built a career spanning several decades, taking on roles in a wide variety of anime productions. He is known for voicing Inspector Yuminaga, a semi-recurring character in the long-running detective anime series Detective Conan, also known as Case Closed. His other roles in the same series include Yoshinori Ara, Yasunori Domoto, and the Haunted Ghost Captain Senzo Fukura.

In addition to his work on Detective Conan, Tokuhiro has contributed his voice to numerous other projects. He played the role of Meth in the mecha anime Gasaraki and voiced an inspector in an episode of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. His film credits include a part in the 2003 Crayon Shin-chan movie Crayon Shin-chan: Arashi o Yobu Eikō no Yakiniku Road, where he voiced Hall island major. Earlier in his career, he took on roles in original video animations such as Rumik World: Fire Tripper, where he played the protagonist's father, and Twilight Q. He has also appeared in productions like Armored Trooper Votoms: Pailsen Files, Banner of the Stars, Devilman Lady, and The Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

As the user noted, Tokuhiro voiced the role of the Mirohana priest in the 1999 anime film Zeno - Kagiri Naki Ai ni. This biographical film tells the story of Zeno Żebrowski, a Polish missionary who worked in Japan.
