Shingo Horii is a Japanese voice actor born on January 29, 1958, in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the voice acting industry and has provided voices for characters in a range of anime television series, original video animations, films, and video games.

One of his notable film roles is providing the voice for the titular character, Mushiking, in the 2007 anime film Kouchuu Ouja Mushiking Super Battle Movie: Yami no Kaizou Kouchuu. His other work in anime includes a role in the television series Gintama, where he voiced the character Shimomoto in an episode. He has also contributed to acclaimed series such as Monster, playing Otto in one episode, and Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, where he voiced characters including Salvatin and Ruzenan. In the original video animation Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, he voiced the character Deep Niobe. Further anime credits include roles in Miami Guns and Wild Arms - Twilight Venom.
