Born in Berlin on April 6, 1970, she pursued classical vocal training from 1986 and completed her acting education at the Fritz-Kirchhoff-Schule in Berlin and the Film and Television Academy Konrad Wolf in Potsdam between 1992 and 1995. Her early career was rooted in the theater and cabaret scene, where she performed in various musicals and chanson programs across Germany and was a member of the comedy group Womedy.
