Marc Swint, born Marcellus Swint on June 18, 1987, is an American voice actor and engineer known professionally by his online handle Th3Engineer. He has built a career voicing characters in English dubs of Japanese anime series, as well as in video games and animated films.

Swint has contributed to a wide variety of anime series, often in supporting and guest roles. He is perhaps best known for his role as Kiawe in the Pokémon anime series, starting with Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. His other anime voice work includes the role of Sousuke Yamada in the rugby series number24, where he also provided additional voices as a club member. He played the Homeroom Teacher in the supernatural thriller Talentless Nana. He also voiced the character Teeling in the NYAV Post dub of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and has had roles in long-running series such as My Hero Academia and One Piece.

In addition to television series, Swint's filmography includes several notable anime films. He provided the voice of Heinz in the 1995 film Magnetic Rose, which is part of the anthology film Memories. He voiced Barclay in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower and Mason in Mass Effect: Paragon Lost. More recent film work includes roles in BEM: Become Human and The First Slam Dunk.

Swint's work is not limited to anime; he is also recognized for his performances in video games. He voiced the character Necalli in Street Fighter V and Block Man in Mega Man 11. He has also voiced Soundwave in the Transformers: Cyberverse series and the video game Transformers: Battlegrounds.

Beyond his professional voice acting credits, Swint has recurring collaborations with the online comedy group TeamFourStar. He has provided voices for several of their abridged series, including Rude in Final Fantasy VII: Machinabridged, The Captain and Willingham in Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, and the narrator in Dragon Ball Z Abridged: Super Android 13. He is also known for his work on the opening sequence of the web series Anime Abandon. Swint has occasionally taken on other roles in dubbing production, such as assistant ADR director for Fist of the North Star - Legend of Raoh: Chapter of Death in Love and scriptwriter for an episode of Maesetsu! Opening Act.
