Rhonda Krempa
Description
Rhonda Krempa is an American voice actress known for her work in the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime series. She began voicing characters for the series during its ninth season, at the point when Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over the dubbing and distribution rights from 4Kids Entertainment. Her tenure with the series continued through its thirteenth season.
In the Pokémon franchise, Krempa provided voices for several recurring and notable characters across different seasons and media. She is recognized for voicing the character Rhonda, the host of the Sinnoh Now television program in the Pocket Monsters: Diamond & Pearl series, a role she performed from episode 33 through episode 155. Her other major roles in the anime included the rival Coordinator Kenny and the Ranger Solana. She also voiced minor characters such as Rosebay, Melodi, and Brianna. Beyond the television series, Krempa lent her voice to the character Judy in the ninth Pokémon film, Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea.
Following her departure from the Pokémon dub, which occurred partway through the Sinnoh League Victors season, her primary roles of Kenny and Rhonda were taken over by voice actress Bella Hudson. Outside of the Pokémon franchise, her voice acting credits include the Odex Ltd. dub of the One Piece anime, where she voiced Nico Robin and Nefertari Vivi, as well as the role of Livy in the 4Kids Entertainment version of Winx Club.
