Ryouhei Nakao is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the agency Aoni Production. He was born on July 24, 1980, in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is a graduate of the 18th class of the Aoni Juku training school in Osaka.

Nakao began his voice acting career in the early 2000s. One of his notable leading roles from this period is Haru Sakurai in the 2006 television anime series Tokimeki Memorial ~Only Love~. His career is marked by significant work in video games, where he has voiced several prominent characters. He is well-known for providing the voice of Guan Ping and Ding Feng in Koei Tecmo's long-running Dynasty Warriors series, beginning with Dynasty Warriors 4 in 2005 and continuing in numerous subsequent installments and spin-offs such as the Warriors Orochi series. In the role-playing game genre, he is recognized for his performance as Kevin Graham in Nihon Falcom's The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC and Trails in the Sky the 3rd.
