Jun'ichi Miyake

Jun'ichi Miyake is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Aoni Production. He was born on January 13, 1980, and was raised in Kanagawa Prefecture. Miyake was a member of the voice actor unit Boy's Beat, formed with colleagues including Hiroshi Okamoto and Yukita Nemoto.

Miyake's career includes a range of roles in anime, video games, and drama CDs. In television animation, he is known for his role as Sylvain Clark in the 2006 series Marginal Prince, as well as his performances as Keno Inusaka in Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East and its sequel, and as Sakuya in We Without Wings. He also appeared in Saint Seiya Omega and Devils and Realist.

In video games, Miyake was the voice of the strategist Guo Jia in Koei Tecmo's Dynasty Warriors series, starting with Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends. His other game credits include Patrick T. Hyarms in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel, Nessiah in Yggdra Union, and Sakuya in the We Without Wings game. His work also extended to drama CDs and narration for television programs.

In 2014, Miyake took a hiatus from some roles to undergo medical treatment for an illness, leading to his replacement in the game Kamisama to Unmei Kakumei no Cross Thesis. He later also stepped away from the role of Guo Jia in Dynasty Warriors 8 due to ongoing treatment. Miyake announced his marriage to illustrator and character designer Aoi Nishimata in April 2016.
