Chie Horikoshi is a Japanese voice actress born on May 13, 1984, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in 2005, making her debut with a role in the television anime Patalliro Saiyuuki. Over the course of her career, she has been affiliated with different talent management agencies, initially with Media Force until March 2009, after which she joined Ken Production. She later became a freelance voice actress. Horikoshi is a graduate of the School Duo voice acting academy.

Her body of work spans anime television series, original video animations, video games, and foreign language dubbing. In anime, some of her notable roles include Mina Hazuki in Getsumen To Heiki Mina, Barbara in Moonlight Mile 2nd Season, Matsuzawa in Silver Spoon, and Chloe Cazal in Lupin the Third Part 5. She also voiced Sylvia Mercury First in the film The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Calls the Stars. As the user noted, she provided the voice for the character Chigusa in the 2006 original video animation Demon Prince Enma.
