Hiroko Takahashi is a Japanese voice actor born on August 8, 1979. She is professionally known by her stage name, Ao Takahashi, with Hiroko Takahashi being her birth name. She began her career in 1999 and has been active in the anime industry for over two decades. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with several talent management agencies, including Aoni Production and Aksent, before joining Stay Luck in 2021.

One of her early notable roles came in 2004 when she voiced the character Karin Shiraishi in the anime series Diamond Daydreams. Another significant early role was providing the voice for the villainess Diondra in the 1986-1987 television series Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos, a part she played for 44 episodes.
