Kotomi Iwamura is a Japanese voice actress from Saitama Prefecture, born on January 10. She is a graduate of the talk back training school and is a second-generation graduate of School Duo. Her voice is classified as mezzo-soprano, and she stands 148 cm tall with blood type A. Until October 2015, she was affiliated with Kenyu Office, after which she became a freelancer.

Iwamura has built a career with a wide range of roles in television anime, video games, and drama CDs. One of her notable early roles is Kaori Sakuragi in the 2006 anime series Strawberry Panic. She is also recognized for her long-running role as Shingo Shigeno in the Major series, beginning with Major 2nd in 2005. Her other television anime credits include roles in ZOMBIE-LOAN as Yomi Saito, BLUE DRAGON and its sequel BLUE DRAGON: Tenkai no Shichi Ryuu, Gift ~eternal rainbow~ as Maiko, and Telepathy Shoujo Ran as Chika Yamano.

Beyond anime, her filmography includes a substantial number of roles in video games and drama CDs. In video games, she has voiced characters such as Dai Qiao in Sangoku Koi Senki ~Otome no Heihou!~, Otome Kato in IslandDays, and Sima Yi in Advent Girl. She has also been active in dubbing foreign works, providing the Japanese voice for Queen Neeyutnee in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. Iwamura is a member of the voice actor unit Dechikotto (でちことっ), formed with fellow voice actress Kotomi Yamakawa. For adult-oriented work, she uses the aliases Uchino Pochi, Mikuro, and Nora no Neko.
