Dilma Machado is a Brazilian voice actor, translator, and professor, recognized for her extensive work in dubbing for animation and live-action productions. She was born on April 12, 1962, in Catalão, Goiás, Brazil.

In the realm of anime and animation, Machado is known for voicing Senhorita Sarah Bellum in the Brazilian Portuguese dub of the anime series Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, a role that connects her to the globally recognized Powerpuff Girls franchise. Her other notable voice work in animation includes the title character in the anime series Hamtaro and Senhorita Bellum in the animated series Chowder. She also lent her voice to characters in the superhero genre, portraying Safira Estrela and Sereia Negra in the Brazilian version of the Justice League animated series.
