Keith Burgess

Keith Burgess is an American voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime productions, particularly during the late 1990s and 2000s. He was also affiliated with the anime licensing and distribution company Manga Entertainment as a staff member. His voice acting career is closely associated with a number of high-profile anime films and OVAs from that era.
Burgess is perhaps best recognized for providing the voice of the character Suiko in the English adaptation of the 2005 anime OVA Karas: The Prophecy. This role is among his most prominently cited credits. Another significant and recurring role was that of the powerful fighter Akuma in the Street Fighter anime films. He voiced the character in Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie in 1999 and later reprised the role for Street Fighter Alpha: Generations in 2005.
His filmography also includes roles in two important films from the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. He voiced the character Makoto Hyuga in the compilation movies Evangelion: Death and Rebirth and The End of Evangelion, both released in English in 2002.
