Kelly Greene is an American voice actor known for her work in the English dubbing of anime series, primarily for FUNimation Entertainment. She is also credited professionally under the name Kate Oxley.

Greene's career encompasses a wide range of voice roles in numerous anime series and films. Among her most prominent roles is Akane Tsunemori in the acclaimed psychological thriller series Psycho-Pass and its sequel, Psycho-Pass 2.
