Yuuko Ohtake is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is known to have A-type blood. Her career includes voice work in anime television series and films during the mid-to-late 2000s.

Ohtake is most recognizably associated with the anime series Himawari!. She provided the voice for the character Tsukiyo-hime in both the first season of the series in 2006 and its sequel, Himawari Too!!, in 2007. Tsukiyo-hime is portrayed as a seventeen-year-old kunoichi, or female ninja, attending the女忍学院 within the私立志能備学園忍者学院.
