Clara Nogueira is a Portuguese actress and voice actress, born in 1959, who has built an extensive career in theater, television, and dubbing since her professionalization in 1983. She began her career as a member of the TEAR theater company, working with notable directors such as Rogério de Carvalho and Fernanda Lapa, and has appeared in numerous stage productions and Portuguese television series.

Nogueira is particularly recognized for her prolific work in dubbing, providing Portuguese voices for a vast array of characters in films and television series.
