Clara Nogueira is a Portuguese actress and voice actress, born in 1959, who has built an extensive career in theater, television, and dubbing since her professionalization in 1983. She began her career as a member of the TEAR theater company, working with notable directors such as Rogério de Carvalho and Fernanda Lapa, and has appeared in numerous stage productions and Portuguese television series.

Nogueira is particularly recognized for her prolific work in dubbing, providing Portuguese voices for a vast array of characters in films and television series. A long-time collaborator with studios like Somnorte and Cinemágica, her voice is featured in countless animated productions. One of her noted roles is voicing Helena in the series The Twins at St. Clare's (As Gémeas de Santa Clara). She is also widely known for being the Portuguese voice of the character Benji Price in the anime series Campeões: Oliver e Benji (Captain Tsubasa).

Her extensive dubbing portfolio includes a wide range of characters across different genres. In film, her credits include Deloris Jordan in Air, Dolores in the animated film Rugas, Bismuto in Steven Universe: O Filme, and various roles in the Barbie film series.
