Kousuke Takaguchi is a Japanese voice actor born on December 15, 1978. He was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa, and raised in Hyogo Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Standing 174 cm tall, his blood type is A.

Takaguchi trained in the voice acting class led by Kazuhiko Inoue and is a graduate of its sixth class. He began his career in the 2000s and was a member of Genki Project until July 2008 before transitioning to Ken Production in 2010. His hobbies include playing and watching soccer, practicing martial arts, and cooking. He is also fluent in the Kansai dialect.

He is often cast in roles that require a strong vocal presence, bringing to life tough, boisterous, or comedic characters.
