Philip Pacaud is a voice actor known for his work in the English adaptation of the anime series Elemental Gelade. In this series, he provided the voice for the character Rowen, a guardian of the Arc Aile organization who is logical, polite, and skilled in multiple areas, including cooking and combat. Rowen serves as a contrast to his more impulsive senior colleague, Cisqua, and is the partner of the Edel Raid Kuea. The English-language version of Elemental Gelade, in which Pacaud performed, was produced for North American distribution.

In addition to this role, Pacaud's credits include voice work in the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise. He is credited with voicing the character Arnold Neumann in the English versions of both Mobile Suit Gundam Seed and its sequel, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny.

Beyond his voice acting, his professional work in the entertainment industry has been extensive in production roles. He has served as a location manager, unit production manager, and production manager on numerous live-action television series, including Once Upon a Time, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Charmed, and the miniseries Shōgun.
