France Perras

France Perras is a Canadian-born actress known for her work in voice acting for anime and animated productions, as well as her performances in live-action film and television. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa's Department of Theater, which laid the foundation for her performance career. Her early work included numerous stage productions with independent theater companies in Ottawa, and she also participated in the Fringe Festival.

Perras's voice acting career is closely associated with the Vancouver dub of several popular anime series. One of her notable roles is Kuea in the anime series Elemental Gelade, where she provided the English voice for the character, an Edel Raid known for her love of battle and immense appetite. She also contributed to the Vancouver dub of the iconic series Dragon Ball Z, voicing multiple characters including Bulma in a succession of episodes, as well as Suno, an Angry Woman, and a Farmer's Wife.

Beyond these specific anime credits, Perras's voice work extends to other animated projects and video games. She lent her voice to characters in the Barbie film series, including Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale and Barbie Presents: Thumbelina.
