David Wills is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in the English dubs of anime series and video games, particularly during the 2000s. He was born on September 28, 1970. Wills began his career in voice-over work at 4Licensing Corporation in 2002 and has also worked with studios like NYAV Post and HiT Entertainment. Outside of voice acting, he is also a disc jockey known by the name Ghosty.
Wills has performed voice roles in a wide array of anime series. In the series Ninja Nonsense, he is credited with voicing the characters Devil and Kaede's Dad, and he also provided the voice for Sasuke in the first three episodes of the English adaptation. He is well-known for his many roles in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, including Seeker, Nezbitt, Gozaburo Kaiba, and Roland in the original series; Tyranno Hasselberry, Chancellor Sheppard, and Kagemaru in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX; and additional roles in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. He was also a part of the 4Kids adaptation of One Piece, voicing prominent characters such as Buggy the Clown and Arlong.
His other notable anime credits include Espio the Chameleon in Sonic X, Captain Falcon in F-Zero: GP Legend, and various roles in the Pokémon anime, where he first appeared during the sixth season and later returned to voice the character Dolan in the XY series.
