Yūta Mochizuki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born March 14, 1967, in Kanagawa Prefecture. He began his career after joining the Japan Action Club training school in 1984, initially gaining recognition for his live-action roles in tokusatsu productions. His career as a performer spanned from approximately 1991 to 2003, with a later reprisal of a notable role in 2014.

His voice acting work includes several significant anime roles. He voiced Keisuke Harukaze, the father of the title character in the Ojamajo Doremi franchise, a role he played across multiple series from 1999 to 2004, including Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi. His other prominent anime voice roles include Akira Mimasaka in Boys Over Flowers, Thierry Rothschild in Ashita no Nadja, and Tomorokofusuki in Yume no Crayon Oukoku.

In addition to his anime voice work, Mochizuki built a substantial career in live-action tokusatsu, starring as Geki, the TyrannoRanger, in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger and as the titular character in Kamen Rider J. He also had a notable presence in the Sailor Moon musicals, both as an actor in roles such as Tuxedo Mask and as an action choreographer for three years. He reprised his role as Geki from Zyuranger in the 2014 film Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: The Great Dinosaur Battle! Farewell Our Eternal Friends.
