Gilberto de Syllos

Gilberto de Syllos is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, musician, composer, and dubbing director. He was born Gilberto de Syllos Rosa on April 27, 1967, in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in music from Campinas State University (UNICAMP). De Syllos is the owner and founder of the dubbing studio Atma Entretenimento in São Paulo, where he also works as a musical and dubbing director, creating Brazilian Portuguese versions for various projects. He is the father of fellow voice actor Renan Alonso.
In the realm of anime dubbing, Gilberto de Syllos is known for his work in several series. He provided the Brazilian Portuguese voice for two characters in the anime Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!: the café owner Akihiko Asai, who is also referred to as "Master" or "Chefe," and the character Akihiko Asai. He voiced the role of the Dwarf Shaman in the second season of Goblin Slayer. In the 2025 anime From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman, he voiced the characters Allucia's Father and the Town Dojo Master in the Brazilian Portuguese dub.
