Luca Sandri is an Italian actor and voice actor born in Milan on March 23, 1966. He is primarily active in dubbing for animation and video games, working out of various dubbing studios in Milan, such as Merak Film.

Sandri has lent his voice to a vast number of characters in anime series for the Italian market. Among his most prominent roles are Baby in Dragon Ball GT, Gluttony in Fullmetal Alchemist, Jeeth in Dragon Ball Z, and Deidara in Naruto: Shippuden. He also voiced Ushio Aotsuki in the series Ushio & Tora: Comically Deformed Theater, as well as the character Ushio in the main Ushio & Tora anime. His other notable anime credits include Noah Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Chocolove in Shaman King, multiple characters in the various Dragon Ball series, and roles in One Piece, My Hero Academia, and Fate/Apocrypha, among many others.

In addition to his anime work, Sandri has a prolific career dubbing video games. He has voiced characters in major franchises such as Kaos in the Skylanders series, Cubot in Sonic Lost World and subsequent games, and various roles in the Assassin's Creed series, including Benjamin Franklin. His work also extends to western animation, where he is known as the voice of Dog in CatDog and Dash Baxter in Danny Phantom.

Beyond voice acting, Sandri has also worked as a dubbing director and dialogist. He has appeared on screen as an actor in Italian television series such as I cinque del quinto piano and Nonno Felice.
