Takako Uemura is a Japanese voice actor born on December 3, 1979, in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Her career in anime voice acting spans from the late 1990s through the 2000s.

Uemura is most notably recognized for her role as Lienna Grace Vincent in the anime series B-Legend! Battle Bedaman and its sequel, Battle B-Daman: Fire Spirits. Lienna is the twin sister of Grey Michael Vincent, a character who is initially held hostage and brainwashed by the Shadow Alliance before being rescued. In the sequel, she continues as a capable B-DaBattler, driven by a desire to stand alongside her brother, and pilots the B-Daman known as Garnet Wind.

Beyond her role in the Battle B-Daman franchise, Uemura has contributed her voice to a variety of other anime series. Her early work includes the role of Kurin in the 1999 series Kyoro-chan and Ai in the 2002 series G-On Riders. In 2006, she voiced Umi Fujiwara in the television series Magikano. She has also had roles in other notable productions, including Les Misérables: Shoujo Cosette, Silver Spoon, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Throughout her career, Uemura has appeared in productions alongside several prominent figures in the voice acting industry. Her credits list her in shows that featured actors such as Rie Kugimiya, Yuko Goto, Tomokazu Sugita, and Nobuyuki Hiyama, among others.
