Junichirō Katagiri is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on August 24, 1970. He is known for his work in both anime and tokusatsu live-action series. One of his earliest voice acting roles was as the young Wataru in the 1984 anime film Kenya Boy. Katagiri is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of Shunsuke Hino, the character Yellow Turbo, in the Super Sentai series Kousoku Sentai Turboranger. He played this role in all 51 episodes of the television series from 1989 to 1990, as well as in the accompanying movie. His career in the 1990s included guest appearances in other tokusatsu productions, such as Special Rescue Police Winspector in 1990, Super Rescue Solbrain in 1991, and Tokusou Robo Janperson in 1993.
